Aloo, Bengena Pura Pitika ( Fire grilled potato Brinjal mashed in Assamese style)
Method:
Fire-grill one brinjal, a Potato and mash both
Add fresh coriander leaves, a chopped onion, chopped ginger, green chilies, salt and a few drops of Mustard oil,
